Properties that are not on the open market and/or secondary market, but we have access to due to our extensive relationship and net working with other brokers, asset managers, and/or liquidation companies
Properties in which title was transferred via Non-Arms Length transaction, and identified by us and/or our Investors, as possible matches with their criteria..
